Ordering: Phone sales orders can be placed between the hours of: 9:00 – 6:00 EST Monday – Friday. We will make every effort possible to ship orders received before 11:00am the same day. We cannot guarantee any order will ship on the same day it is ordered, including those orders requesting air services. Please note that a shipper cannot deliver to a PO Box. Due to price fluctuations from our vendors, all prices published on this website are subject to change without notice. All forms of payment mailed to our office must include payment for freight as calculated by our shipping department. Please remit all forms of payment to JCR Chassisworks

Terms: We accept Discover Card, Master Card, and Visa. We also accept certified funds and cash. All credit cards are checked using an Address Verification System. For your protection, we reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address not listed as the card’s billing address. Any order failing address verification is subject to credit hold pending further verification. We may also require the card holder to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form. Overseas orders can be paid with credit cards or wire transfer. All overseas credit card orders may be subject to credit hold for verification purposes. Orders can be prepaid using cashier’s checks or money orders and must include sufficient funds to cover shipping. Orders paid for in this manner will be held until funds have cleared the issuing bank. Additional handling charges may be applied to international orders. All shipments via truck must be prepaid and are shipped freight collect. All in house fabricated parts we normally do not stock, carbon fiber products, fiberglass products and custom rear housings require 100% prepayment. All other special order items, fabrication, and chassis require a minimum 50% deposit. Deposits for parts,fabrication and chassiswork are non-refundable. Such deposits will recieve a shop credit for the type of service (parts or labor) the deposit was for if customer cancels the work order. Payment terms for cars/chassis are defined in their contracts, or default to these terms if not specified in writing. Deposits for any custom special order(s) are non-refundable. Special order items may be subject to additional incoming freight charges. Unless prior authorization is received, all items purchased from/through JCR Chassisworks must be paid in full by secured funds. Any items remaining in our possession for 30 days after receipt or notification of completion are subject to additional fees (inc storage) and/or forfeiture of the item(s). Additional charges for storage may be applied to cars/chassis if the bill has not been paid within 30 days after completion and/or request for payment has been made, at the rate of $10.00/day from the completion/payment request date. After 90 days if bill is not paid satisfactory, the car/chassis/parts may be sold for the amount owed. Any overage will be refunded to the owner. We will do our best to work with anyone concerning their build and any unexpected turn of events that cause a delay in paying the outstanding balance. Once the deposits have been submitted, it is the customers responsiblity to make sure they are able to meet the agreed payment schedule, or notify JCR Chassisworks if unable to do so prior to the completion, so a suitable payment/work schedule can be reached. There may be additional storage fees applied to cars/chassis of up to $10.00/day after request for customer supplied parts required for mock-up or work completion if the parts are not recieved within 30 days. Please remit all forms of payment to JCR Chassisworks.

 

 

 

Taxes: All sales transacted in Florida or shipped to an Florida address are subject to Florida state sales tax of 6 % (this includes all items picked up at our facility). If your purchase is exempt, we must have a copy of your company’s current tax exemption certificate on file.

 

 

 

Return Policy: JCR Chassisworks will accept items purchased from us, with the exception of electrical devices, special orders and custom built parts, for return or exchange within a period of 15 days from the date of the invoice. We do not refund shipping or handling charges. After 15 days, we will accept only DEFECTIVE parts for repair or exchange at our discretion. All returns are subject to a 20% re-boxing and re-stocking charge. Special orders, custom built parts or any item built to customer specifications will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any items which have been used, modified, altered or returned in such a condition as to not be resalable as new will not be accepted and no credit will be processed. Items to be exchanged must be in our possession and inspected before we can send out the exchange parts without charging you for the item(s). If you require the part before this process can be completed, we will be glad to ship the new item billed to your credit card and then issue the credit once the original item returns to us in good condition. Before returning any item for credit or exchange, you must call to obtain a RMA. Please have your invoice ready when you call to get your RMA. All returns and exchanges must have a RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box and a copy of the original invoice inside the box, along with any other documentation that may be required to process your request.

There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness made to purchasers. Furthermore, purchasers acknowledge and expressly affirm they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase products from JCR Chassisworks. Purchasers are not relying on JCR Chassisworks, or any representative thereof, to select for purchase of parts, equipment or services. JCR Chassisworks assumes no responsibility or liability for any personal injury or loss resulting from the purchase or use of these products or our services.

Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer of substitutions. Most of our kits and components come unassembled in raw finish.
