JCR 2004-2006 GTO tube steering column. Chrome moly tubing, tig welded and powder coated gloss black. Includes Strange SFI quick release installed; quick release is available in either 5 bolt Grant style or 6 bolt Sparco style. Also includes chrome moly tube steering shaft and u joints. 2004 - 2006 GTO Spherical bearing upper front strut mounts
Laser cut spherical bearing upper front strut mounts for the 2004 - 2006 GTO's (may also fit the G8- get with me on determining that fitment). The HD JCR mount provides a SOLID, SMOOTH operating upper strut mount to compliment the popular Mustang strut conversion; unlike reusing the OEM upper mount that was never designed for a coil over to be mounted into it. The mounts INCLUDE Stainless Steel CNC machined strut bushings and all related hardware to mount/install plus color instructions with pictures. It fits in the OEM upper mount location after you drill a few holes. Jig to easily and precisely align/drill mounting holes is included. It features the bearing/mount in the correct location (height) to promote ultimate weight transfer on launch by optimizing the strut travel; unlike mounts retro fitted from other cars. We also offer adjustable upper mounts, and a weld on relocated mount for custom applications.

2004-2006 GTO K MEMBER AND FRONT SUSPENSION PACKAGE
JCR Chassisworks bolt in front steer k member and front suspension package for the 2004-2006 GTO's. The COMPLETE front suspension with brakes etc, less steering shaft weighs less than 100lbs depending on options (OEM complete weighs 256lbs) !! K member is open under engine to allow full length sump oil pans, and for easy pan removal. The package includes entire front suspension, less struts, which are available from us for an additional savings.

FRONT STEER design; rack is ahead of engine located roughly where the OEM sway bar was. K member is open under engine -allows ANY oil pan configuration. Bare k member weighs aprox 18lbs depending on options.

Built in house in our CAD designed CNC cut fixtures and jigs to ensure precise geometry and symmetry

Uses Mustang style drag struts (not included). Note: built around the AFCO struts. Some brands of struts may have interference issues between the bottom of strut and the ball joint nut.

*** JCR GTO front steer k member has a support tube running from the lower control arm mount (aprox in OEM location) to the bottom of the frame rail at firewall. Must have JCR supplied tab welded on.
*** There may be header clearance issues with GTO OEM style fitment headers since the JCR steering shaft follows the driver side frame rail. Most forward turbo headers should work. You will need 1” of clearance minimum on driver side frame rail for #5 and 7 header tubes. Great possibility of off the shelf LSX Mustang headers fitting. Customer responsible for confirming header needs. It may be possible to move/relocate a few header tubes to utilize the OEM style fitment headers.

Spherical bearing upper strut mount for the 2004 - 2006 GTO when using the popular Mustang style struts. All of the parts are bright plated for corrosion protection/beauty. The kit includes all hardware to run Strange (or equivalent) struts, and provides a high strength spherical bearing for the upper strut mount that replaces the OEM rubber mount. The kit allows for the proper ride height/suspension travel and strut installed height to allow maximum performance and traction in drag race applications, and the ability to adjust your caster and camber to compensate for other modifications that affect your alignment.

JCR 2004-2006 GTO fabricated throttle pedal. It fits in the OEM location and replaces the DBW drive by wire gas pedal and converts it to a cable style like the '04 style , or to upgrade your existing 2004 GTO gas pedal. Chrome moly tubing, tig welded construction and powder coated gloss black. Available with optional pedal toe pull many sanctioning bodies require. Works with LOKAR cable with clevis end, or OEM cable. Specify which one you will use when ordering.
